Registration is now open for the Fifth Annual Pacific Northwest Climate Science Conference. Conference participants are required to make their own lodging arrangements. See the Lodging page for more information on lodging options.
Early registration ends August 20, 2014. All registration fees increase $25 after August 20.

The registration fee includes lunch and refreshment breaks for the attended day(s), conference materials, and one drink and appetizers during the September 9th poster session.
Payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) is requested.
** Student/Tribal Scholarships: A limited number of student and tribal registration scholarships are available upon request. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org using the provided “Subject” line to request the scholarship. Important! Do not register for the conference until you receive a response regarding your scholarship request. A separate registration link will be sent to scholarship recipients. Sorry, there are no scholarship funds available for travel expenses.
Cancellations / Refunds
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. Please submit your cancellation in writing to dbryant@PCE.UW.EDU or 206-616-1902.
If you must cancel, your cancellation notice must be received in writing (e-mail) by September 2, 2014. An administrative fee of $25 will be retained for cancellations received by this date. We regret that we are unable to refund fees for cancellations after September 2, 2014.
